I had some trouble printing my tickets, but the customer service representative patiently and professionally guided me through the process to resolve my issue. I never imagined such efficiency! It was a truly interesting experience at Città della Scienza, made even more enjoyable by the fact that I didn’t have to wait in line at the ticket office.

The aquarium is very well maintained; we visited all the areas open to the public and watched the dolphin show. The "tunnel" was particularly impressive, offering a nearly 360-degree view of all the fish.

Every aspect evokes wonderful emotions; everything has been executed to perfection, transporting guests—from children to adults—into a magical, dreamlike world. It’s well-organized and well-run. The estimated visit time is just right, with no need to rush… a wonderful opportunity to relax and escape from the daily grind. Highly recommended for everyone.

Great combo deal! We really enjoyed the day—the aquarium is absolutely beautiful. You can start the morning there, go see a movie, and then head back to the aquarium! A fantastic day

The Oceanogràfic in Valencia was a truly unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, you are catapulted into a fascinating journey through marine ecosystems around the world: from mysterious abysses to tropical oceans and polar regions. The tanks are spectacular, with attention to every detail, allowing you to observe sharks, rays, jellyfish, and many other species up close in an environment that respects and values marine life. The aquarium's futuristic architecture makes the visit even more impressive, while the impeccable organization and clear information panels transform the tour into an educational as well as exciting experience. It is a place that enchants adults and children alike, capable of astonishing, thrilling, and making you reflect on the importance of protecting the oceans. An unmissable attraction for anyone visiting Valencia, it is a must-see at least once in a lifetime.

The Oceanogràfic and Bioparc in Valencia are two complementary experiences that make a visit to the city even more special. The Oceanogràfic in Valencia, located within the City of Arts and Sciences, is the largest aquarium in Europe and impresses at first glance with its futuristic architecture and meticulously designed environments. Each area faithfully reproduces different marine ecosystems: from the Mediterranean to tropical oceans, to Arctic areas with striking beluga whales. The underwater tunnel is one of the most exciting moments, as it allows you to watch sharks and rays swimming above your head, giving you a truly immersive experience. A few minutes away is Bioparc Valencia, an innovative zoo designed according to the concept of "zoo immersion." Here, there are almost no visible barriers, and you feel as if you are walking in the African savannah or the equatorial forest. The habitats are carefully reconstructed and are home to lions, giraffes, lemurs, and many other species in large, natural spaces. Both facilities demonstrate a strong commitment to conservation and environmental education. When you visit them, you not only appreciate the beauty of the animals and their environments, but also the importance of protecting them. They are unmissable stops for anyone visiting Valencia, ideal for both families and curious adults.

At Bioparc Valencia, Moto Moto the hippo flexed his abs in our faces, an ostrich sprinted like Road Runner, monkeys cracked up—all up close. Best zoo ever!

The red bus was punctual. I was able to visit places in the city that I would never have been able to reach on foot. The drivers were helpful, patient, and kind.
